With strong background in Math and Computer Science I pursued my career in Business Analysis and Project Management working in Government, Financial Services, Human Resources, and Not-for-Profit industries.

Currently, I am consulting Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services within OPS. Prior to that, I have been consulting CIBC where I was involved with Business Analysis (BA) work ~ 60% and Project Management (PM) work ~ 40% for 7 years. I led end-to-end projects analysis and coordination.

I led a variety of projects focused on transformation and change management in Mobile and Online platforms, AS400, Call Center, ATM and Point of Sale (POS), OSFI, Oracle, Planview. The biggest project I was a part of, was re-branding of the entire bank as an entity. This project alone gave me an exposure to broad specter of business processes, back-end and front-end systems and applications, internal and external reports as well as, client facing content that needed to undergo change.

Other projects gave me an exposure to variety of processes within Accounting, Capital Markets, Analysis, Reconciliation, Reporting, and Wholesale banking. I also have worked with activity tracking (HR) data to perform its analysis and visualization, which then was used in the design of the Process Classification Framework and formation of the Centers of Excellence (COEs).

I able to ‘speak’ both business and IT language. I like figuring out how to fix things or make them ‘better’ so I can “get things done”.
