1 day Workshop

Today’s project managers are at the forefront of change in their organizations. They implement new technologies, lead process improvement efforts, reduce business costs, and enable innovation. All of these activities have significant change-management components to them.

Change, whether incremental or transformative, can create significant challenges in organizations due to the difficulties of individuals and groups unable to adapt to change. Organizational success is dependent on the ability to respond to and manage environmental changes, and develop strong leaders to guide the process. Leaders are required to lead from the forefront and develop effective strategies to recruit, retain, and develop effective successors.

Join us on October 22-24, 2019, for Canada’s most distinguished Project Management event the “PMI OVOC National Capital Project Management Symposium.” This event brings together industry leaders and Project Managers for valuable networking, leadership development. Intensive learning and excellent speakers. This year’s theme focuses on “Change Management.” We will identify the behaviour of successful change leaders and their best practices. We will explore methods for managing resistance to change and for developing change leaders.
