Ralf Friedrich


Ralf is highly skilled in developing trainers and leaders all around the world. He was trained in the USA at one of the best faculties for Coaching: CTI – Coach Training Institute and become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Additional he is a BCC (Board Certified Coach) of the CCE – Center for Credentialing and Education. He has experience in international Coaching with a focus on coaching project leaders and teams in organizational change situations for more than 20 years.

Ralf developed leaders in many countries and industries. He passes on his knowledge and wisdom in an interactive and engaging style. He acts as a role model and challenges clients to adapt new ways to increase the effectiveness of their project and organizational change management approaches. For his own company, GeProS, he developed a qualification process for GeProS coaches and consultants ensuring excellent qualification results and high customer satisfaction.


Dirk Doppelfeld

Dirk-Doppelfeld-LA2018---copie.jpgDirk is passionate about project management for more than 25 years. After working for almost 19 years in the printing business as a project manager he decided to create his own company, Project & Service Solutions, to help companies and project managers to enhance their practices in Project Management. For more than ten years he is providing his expertise through training, consulting, and coaching.

Due to his background (working in international context, born in Germany, living in France) he developed a further specialization in intercultural and virtual team leadership.

He is PMP since 2008. Besides this certification he is also certified as a Prince2 Practicioner, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master.

For 12 years he is a very active PMI volunteer for the PMI France but also on a global level (Chapter Insight Team for 3 years).

Dirk was born in Germany and is now living in France. He is married and father of three children and a happy grandfather.
