PMI OVOC News Updates

OVOC President's Message

As part of the PMI 50th Anniversary Celebrations, PMI has introduced the Project Economy. The Project Economy is where people have the skills and capabilities to turn ideas into reality.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be communicating more information about how the Project Management Institute recognizes that work for all of us has become a series of projects and we all must embrace innovation and change.

Here is a link to the PMI site that describes the Power of the Project Economy.Looking forward to leading the Chapter into the next 50 years of PMI! Reach out to me if you have any questions.

ISEC7 extends invitation to BlackBerry World Tour 2019: October 16th at National Arts Centre

ISEC7 Group, a global enterprise mobility company, have granted OVOC members free access to an exclusive BlackBerry World Tour event. ISEC7 Group has extended this invitation to our membership as they see you as the cross-department glue in strategic efforts that touch data security, compliance and the need to protect data at every mobile endpoint. Even if this isn’t directly your job, you play a huge role in communicating the importance of risks associated with mobile device use across the enterprise. Equipping your mobile workforce with the latest applications and solutions is critical to global productivity; however, business benefits come with significant costs when sufficient security is not in place to manage vulnerabilities. To register must use the unique registration link, which will give you access to the BlackBerry World Tour experience — free of charge. Register here today!

We urge you to take advantage of this opportunity. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact amy.mininger@isec7.com.  READ MORE
