Value optimization in project management no longer happens by using one rigid methodology. Organizations are now contemplating which of predictive, iterative and adaptive methodologies brings them the most value. A fourth option is adopting a hybrid of these methodology for effective and efficient project delivery. Participants should learn about these methodologies and understand how and when the respective methodologies make the most sense.

Topic: Agile Transformation: WHY, WHAT & HOW - 10:30 AM

The presentation takes a deep dive into today's challenges faced by businesses across the globe and the drive for a new way of working, Agile Transformation as a viable solution for organisations to address the challenges highlighted in the first section and the transformation roadmap. For better appreciation, the seminar would take the attendees into the foundation of Agile (Agile Principles and Values), the frameworks within the Agile Umbrella (Scrum, Kanban etc) and ends with a case study of Agile Transformation at Canadian Organization. At the end of the session, the participants will have an indepth understanding of drivers for Agile Transformation, Deeper understanding of Agile and Scrum and a typical transformation roadmap. There would be discussions, group exercises and simulations (gamification)

He is the Winner, Toronto Agile Emergent Speaker, serves as a member of Board of Directors, Agile Practitioners of Nigeria, Co-Founder, Helping Other People Succeed (HOPS), Winner,  2018 Most Popular Article/Author in Business Analysis Times and has trained over 2500 professionals across Europe, Africa and North America in Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile/Scrum etc. 

Bola is a certified PMP, CBAP, CSSBB, ITIL, CSM and PSM

Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy

You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund minus a $20 administration fee, up to 8 days before the date and time of the event. Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the event date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
