Nadine Fortin believes in an exemplary leadership that contributes to elevating others. In addition to being an executive coach, Nadine works at L3Harris as an avionics project manager on the Royal Canadian Air Force CC-150 Polaris fleet. Her background includes an atypical combination of engineering, project management, coaching and leadership. With her degree in computer engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada, she started her career as an aerospace engineering officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force. After, she spent 11 years as a project manager in the high-tech industry, before spending the next 15 years as an executive coach, as well as a trainer (leadership, coaching and project management). She is an international speaker and has worked with clients in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. She is on the PMI Ottawa Valley Outaouais Chapter Board of Directors since 2017.
