About the Symposium
The future of project management is being shaped right now — by new ideas, evolving technologies, changing expectations, and, most importantly, the people who lead projects forward.
The 2026 PMI Ottawa Valley Outaouais Chapter's Kingston Symposium, hosted by the Kingston Branch, brings together project professionals, business leaders, students, and community partners for a day of inspiration, practical learning, meaningful conversations, and connection.
The Kingston Symposium also serves as the pre-event to the PMI Ottawa Valley Outaouais Chapter’s Flagship Conference in November 2026, setting the stage for a broader conversation about the future of project leadership across our professional community.
Whether you’re leading a complex project, building a high-performing team, navigating change, or simply looking for fresh perspectives, this Symposium is designed to help you think differently, connect meaningfully, and leave with ideas you can put into practice.

- Early Bird (Upto September 12, 2026): $75 for PMI-Members and $100 for Non PMI-Members
- Regular Pricing (After September 12, 2026): $100 for PMI-Members and $150 for Non PMI-Members
- Student Pricing (PMI-Student Members): $50 (Ends September 27, 2026)
- Late Pricing: Starts September 28, 2026 -> $150 for PMI-Members, $200 for Non PMI-Members and $75 for Students
