Lunch & Learn | Deeper Clarity: Creating Alignment to Accelerate Projects
Session Abstract
Deeper Clarity creates alignment at the start of projects. It is a User-Centered Problem Definition and Problem Solving Framework to speed and enhance impact so projects are more efficient and effective. Too many teams are busy but misaligned. Teams are working hard, but not always in the same direction. Decisions are made in silos. End users are left confused or underserved. Innovation feels scattered. Deeper Clarity strengthens alignment so teams begin on the same page and move faster from the start. When organizations use this framework early, they create greater impact with fewer resources because everyone is working toward a shared definition of the problem. In this session, we’ll explore the key questions project managers can ask to build that clarity from the very beginning.
