Project Management – Agile Foundations
Presentation Title
Project Management – Agile Foundations
Session Abstract
This interactive study group links core Agile principles to the situational reasoning needed for PMP and CAPM exams, with a focus on practical delivery decisions. On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST, we will meet virtually via Microsoft Teams for a 90-minute session tailored to PMP and CAPM candidates, early‑career project managers, and experienced practitioners.
The session explains how Agile planning works across multiple horizons, product vision, roadmaps, releases, sprints, and daily planning and shows how ceremonies and artifacts support value delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
You will practice converting Agile choices into exam‑ready rationales through exam-style scenarios and a brief quiz. The session includes an Agile Foundations workbook, a one-page quick reference sheet, and the slide deck for review, and qualifies for 1.5 PDUs (Power Skills).
