Session Abstract

Join us for the PM ConneX Kingston From Signals to Strategy: How AI Turns Data into Better Decisions on January 22, 2026, at Fractal Workspace Midtown in Kingston. This session will feature guest speaker Abbas Alimorad, a senior executive and thought leader in project management, presenting “The Intelligent PMO: From Reporting to Real-Time Decisions.”
The evening includes introductions, a 60-minute lecture with Q&A, and dedicated networking time. Attendees will earn 1.0 PDU (0.50 Power Skills, 0.50 Ways of Working).
Abbas will explore how AI enables leaders and PMOs to move from reactive reporting to predictive and strategic decision-making. Attendees will gain a foundational understanding of AI architecture, how different AI capabilities complement one another, and how these technologies are reshaping leadership, governance, and value realization across organizations.
