With over 20 years of experience in managing global projects, Rob has successfully led a variety of initiatives across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, technology, human resources and sales. His project management roles have involved everything from initial planning and risk assessment to execution and evaluation. He has also worked in positions that interacted directly with the PMO to drive successful business outcomes, giving him an excellent understanding of the Project Management profession from the “inside out and outside in”.
