Value creation has become a serious hot button topic in every industry, company department and team you can think of.
The enterprise environment itself is fast pivoting towards Value creation as a standard and not an afterthought; and clients, consumers and leaders of every stripe are becoming increasingly conscious of and savvy with the concept of value as a whole.
Everyone recognises its importance, and everyone in the enterprise environment is looking to create and leverage it. However, going about this can be a frustratingly slippery thing to do in practice! As project management professionals and enterprise leaders looking to get an edge in this new state of affairs, you need a reliable, responsive and repeatable approach to identifying, creating and leveraging Value. And this session is exactly the place to get that!

Siya Mdingi is a Value Innovation strategist developing compelling Value offerings for businesses, non-profits and creative ventures, and leveraging Value to multiply their enterprise impact.
Her primary area of expertise is VALUE:
- Highlighting how enterprises understand it,
- How they create it,
- and how they can leverage existing elements in their internal and external environment to deliver Value to their stakeholders and keep everyone fully engaged!
She developed a novel strategic approach (Value Innovation) AND strategic framework (Vivre Value Mapping Framework) to support enterprises identify and leverage on Value to drive growth, after noting that they often struggle to capture and apply the concept of Value within their operations.
Siya is the CEO of Vivre Consulting, a strategy consultancy specializing in Value Innovation and Value Strategy for businesses, non-profits and creative ventures; providing offerings that develop their Value Strategy to drive success, sustainability and impact.
She also serves as a non-executive director for the Directors Association, chairing the Entrepreneurship Governance committee, and was appointed the Enterprise Development Portfolio Head for the South African Youth Trade Association.
