A Risk Management Methodology

Ways of Working

Better safe than sorry! Many projects skip Risk Management, often leading to unachieved goals, losses, and even failure. The Risk Assessment Framework (RAF) can be used to create a scaleable and sustainable methodology that can be applied to any initiative, from projects and programs to operations. This presentation will overview the RAF, the steps that can be used to create the methodology, and the expected benefits.

In this webinar, you'll be able to learn how to:

  • Understand the Risk Assessment Framework.
  • Use the RAF to create a sustainable and scalable methodology for the management of risks in any initiative.
  • Learn the benefits of using this approach.
