Artificial Intelligence is a disruptive technology that will radically change the way we manage projects. Misconceptions and lack of preparation are huge challenges to organizations that attempt to implement machine learning tools. This presentation reviews basic guidelines for success as well as project management tools that are currently being developed.

Attendees will learn the basic theory of how machine learning works The difference in value between automation of project activities and using AI. Why organizations need to ensure they have structured data available for AI tools. How AI can be applied to project management processes, with real examples.

Presenter:  Paul Boudreau

Paul Boudreau, MBA, PMP, is a highly respected and influential project management professional with over thirty-five years in the technology industry. His extensive project management experience includes successful project implementations within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He uses his in-depth knowledge of project management to research and develop AI concepts, following his passion to improve project success rates. Paul’s first book, Applying Artificial Intelligence to Project Management, was well-received for both professional and practical insights into a complex new technology. As a college professor and public speaker at project management events, Boudreau is dynamic and motivational as he presents visual images and compelling arguments for using AI to change the project methodology.
