Mary SimoneVice President, Capital One Canada

Mary Simone has more than 20 years of progressive management experience, spanning strategy and operations with a concentration in program delivery, risk management, process excellence and compelling internal communications. With a relentless drive to improve and advance critical work forward, Mary focuses on building strong cross functional teams who can weather the ups and downs of any engagement. Mary graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, earned a Master's Certificate in Project Management, and holds PMP designation and Agile Coaching Certification. She has practiced in both Canada and the US delivering on system conversion programs, product launches, regulatory commitments and mergers and acquisitions.

 

Bryan Chen, Head of Enterprise Project Delivery and Technology Change Management, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan

A strategic delivery leader in enterprise transformation, Bryan has over twenty years of experience across several industries including real estate, health care, technology and financial investment.  The one constant has been a relentless focus on enabling strategy through execution and a commitment to empowering people and teams. Bryan has a degree in Architecture from the University of Toronto and an MBA specializing in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University. His daily passion for delivery, chaos and problem solving is equaled only by his appetite for Jamaican patties and love of fishing.

 

Jasmine Musa, Associate Consultant, Sustainability Services, IBM Consulting Canada

Jasmine is an Associate Consultant in IBM Canada's Sustainability Services Practice. She recently graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University, completing two academic exchanges in Barcelona, Spain (ESADE, 2022) and Haifa, Israel (Technion, 2019). During her time at IBM, Jasmine has supported a variety of clients across industries, helping a public sector client launch a sustainable innovation program, and a financial services client develop a climate risk data strategy. Jasmine is also a co-chair for BeeWell, a Business Resource Group at IBM, where she facilitates virtual chair yoga sessions and spearheads events to promote wellness in the workplace.

 

Dave Donegan,  Senior Manager, Management Consulting, KPMG

Dave is part of the People & Change Advisory Practice and spends much of his time helping clients design and deliver their complex enterprise transformation initiatives. He has over 10 years of experience, primarily in transformation advisory, talent management, corporate governance, and experience design. Over his time in professional services, Dave has worked with many organizations across various sectors, including financial services, consumer retail, telecommunications, healthcare, and federal government agencies.
