Lean Project Management

Ways of Working

Topic:  Lean Project Management

Client's Project Managers are increasingly responsible for value optimization from their projects, while the vendor's Project Managers are responsible for the profitability of their projects. Lean principles shared in this session will help both groups of PMs improve their delivery results from the value optimization standpoint to resource utilization.

Presenter:  Shalini Nagrani, PMP, CSP, (MAP)

My life’s purpose and my life’s joy are to work alongside passionate, caring, genuine individuals. I lead teams that focus on simplifying processes and education. I am the person you call on to get an idea implemented. My desire is to create green sustainable products that make the world a better place.

Alone we can achieve many things, but together we can achieve anything. Open source communities have the potential to solve many social and environmental problems facing us today. To better prepare for the future, more of us (individuals and enterprises alike) much become more open and transparent. We must educate ourselves on data collection when it comes to privacy and security. We are all vulnerable in the current system.

My goal is to work with like-minded individuals and create the fundamental structures needed to create change. My expertise is in combining existing operations and psychological methodologies. I design inclusive work environments for individuals to feel safe and comfortable. This allows everyone to maintain energy and output levels at their fullest potential.
