About Speaker:
Bryon is a manager, Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional, and Member of the Chemical Institute of Canada, with expertise in: owner’s management of conventional and nuclear operations and infrastructure and environmental projects and contracts; and commercial nuclear science and technology projects. The majority of his career has been in the Canadian federal government. He mentors and lectures in project management as the President of Bryon McConnell Project Management, Inc., and he teaches project management and strategic leadership at Queen's University.
Session Abstract:
"Rules for Project Management" is a series of project management discussions for an audience of:
1. Project Managers looking for guidance, and those willing to share their experiences;
2. Project Managers needing to earn Professional Development Units;
3. Those considering Project Management as a career, including students.
