VUCA: Keeping Your Team Sane and Resilient!

As Project Managers, we have the mission to lead our projects through ups and downs. We work hard to maximize our team’s success with the best plans to execute, to deliver, to support our team, to cultivate trust, to encourage creativity, etc. And then comes this scary monster: VUCA. It disrupts our plans, triggers everybody’s stress response, and poof! said plans go out the window. Let’s admit it: Disruption is the new normal. It may have won a few battles, but we don’t have to let it win the war! In this fun webinar, we will explore tools to master the disruptive VUCA beast and lead our projects forward.

Nadine Fortin

Nadine Fortin believes that Project Managers drive positive changes one project at a time. She works at L3Harris as an avionics project manager on the RCAF CC-150 Polaris Program. She is currently serving as president on the PMI OVOC Board of Directors.
