Topic: Leadership Skills for Complex Project Management

The origin of the Int’l Center for Complex Project Management (ICCPM) Competency Standard for Complex Project Managers and the most recent update to this standard will be presented. A brief overview of the skills and why they are considered essential to the management of large complex projects will be discussed. Come participate in this conversation aimed at further improving our profession with one of the leading Telfer professors in complex project management.

Presenter: Professor Stephane Tywoniak

Stephane Tywoniak is a professor of Complex Project Management at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa (Canada). He has over twenty years' experience teaching strategy, systems thinking, entrepreneurship and project management. Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy

You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund minus a $20 administration fee, up to 8 days before the date and time of the event. Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the event date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a PMI OVOC event, you agree to these terms.
